As many office workers return to work, it’s time to think about how your office will tackle their office cleaning. Aside from taking precautions during the pandemic, there are additional benefits to regular office cleaning.
Top 3 Benefits of Professional Office Cleaning
- Stress Reduction. When a workspace is workspace is messy, it can cause distractions and stress. There have been countless studies focused on the long-term effects of stress on the human body. It can lead to several mental and medical issues including depression, fatigue, and insomnia. Having a clean and organized workspace helps workers focus on work – instead of the mess.
- Increased Productivity. When you arrive at a clean office, it helps you start the day off right. Imagine walking into an office that smells from leftover lunches in the garbage, dirty floors, and coffee grinds on the countertops. Studies have shown that participants who arrive at a tidy work environment were able to focus better and saw a measurable increase in productivity. Participants who see frequent visual reminders of uncleanliness in their work environment were unable to remain focused. (Source: Princeton.edu)
